I am having issues logging in to my account at Mizorpay Solution (OPC) Private limited.

Please make sure you are using the correct password that was initially provided to you via email. In case it does not work, please try to use a different browser. If the problem persists, please contact our support team and we will help you to reactivate your account.

We have sent a refund to one of our clients, but he did not receive his funds yet.

Processing refunds online takes about 2-3 business days, but in some cases it could take up until 7 business days. If an unusual amount of time has passed since the refund was made, you may contact our support team and they will provide you with an ARN – Acquirer Reference Number.

In case I want to open an additional user to our back-office, whom should I contact?

Please contact our support team by email. The following information should be included:

1) Name of the employee/team you want to open the user for.

2) The desired user name you want to use.

3) A valid email address for the employee/team

Are your statements easy to read, and who will walk me through my first one?
